In-depth evaluation

We start by having you tell your story with my undivided attention. I give you as much time and space as you need, so I can fully understand your situation. After extensive discussion detailing your circumstances, we go through a detailed assessment of your movement profile with a thorough screening. Using that information, I develop a unique plan catered to your needs, matching your schedule and lifestyle preferences.

In devising the optimal plan for your care, we implement either in-person sessions, remote prescriptive exercise programming (and coaching), or a hybrid of both depending on your status and schedule. Ensuring your care is detailed, comprehensive, and adaptable; our time together will grant you unprecedented access to me as your provider. You will never feel lost or neglected during the process

Longevity and return to LIVING

Unlike the old, traditional models, my plan and care for you does not end prematurely when your pain subsides. To ensure you break the pain cycle and return to your goal activities for good, I transition you eventually from rehab to performance training. Looking at parameters from strength to mobility to endurance, I make sure your programming fills in all remaining gaps. We won’t be done until you ACTUALLY cross the finish line
